I'm not sure that 62% is right. I'm 65.5% according to the SWAPA seniority snapshot and I'm still 600+ numbers below the most junior captain.

That's the historical number. Give it six months and things will settle out.

Theres a reason upgrade in SFO is at 90%….

I’ve got friends who could’ve held SFO CA years ago and say, “not a f’n chance in hell I bid that garbage”.
