They said you will get something. The hiring DC is on the 18th so don't give up hope! They said some might get called right away but others it could be after the 18th.

850 YTD on the seniority list with 5 classes of 60 yet to start this year. I believe the 1500 number was revised down awhile ago to allow for instructor training. 1150 in the hear isn’t far of what they were shooting for. 26th sim will come online in Feb so training will hit a new max capacity. Just because it’s never been done before doesn’t mean it never will
Add in the 50ish that have left and they’ve probably hired closer to 1200

I saw this coming. Yup. I guess I can humbly eat my words a year later. Not a joke and not an easy decision to leave at all. It was an awesome 2021 and we thought the company had made the change for good. Times have changed and that gravy train has ended. 2022 has not been enjoyable and 2023 is looking worse as the management decisions continue to pull crap to make life unenjoyable on the road. These new shenanigans smell very familiar of that ugly time with our accidental CEO from 2010-2015. I want nothing to do with it. Now is the time if I’m going to make the jump at my age.
Thanks for the welcome. Looking forward to the change.

Now in my 7th month and while it was a scary jump to make, I have had 0.0 microseconds of regret. Not even a fleeting moment.
Its going to be quite a change for you being treated like an adult, and seriously, even my worst day here on reserve is better than a good day at NJA was.
And once that contract is done, it will be even better. You made a good choice.

I was once in the exact same boat but I learned a little faster. Saw this coming at NJA and the associated change in management treatment as well as the increasingly diluted IBBs. So I started applying about 5 yrs ago. Took over 4 to get an interview. Once that happened, it was lightning fast.

That means a lot. Thanks!
