Hiring 2022

The virtual and f2f are both suit and tie. That is (was) specified in the instructions they send you. My advice would be to read and follow all the directions they send you very closely.

Example, they ask for a college transcript from the college in a sealed envelope from the college. Not a sealed envelope you made. Order a transcripts, it will come with institutional markings or letterhead on the envelope, and don’t open it. This eludes many for some reason.
The logbook review is the same, they ask for certain tabulations, events, etc. I used a pink highlighter and sticky notes so anyone could quickly find from the list of items they ask you to present. ie, you need not be there to explain it. Anyone could look through your logbook with ease and find what they asked you to prove/display. Ie, your ATP checkride, 737 checkride, 121-135 checkrides etc.
Assume someone without any aviation knowledge is going to be looking at your logbook, present it so anyone can understand it and navigate it.
The process of flowing the directions I believe is a huge factor in deciding to hire / not hire.

When did the email come with the instructions? I only got one to schedule the virtual and that’s it.

Submitted my application with the current window (submitted on 2/11/22). I have not heard anything back since the 2/11 submission. No TBNT email or an email stating I have been selected to proceed with the hiring process. Just curious as to how long others have waited between submission and moving forward with next steps; or getting the TBNT email?
