Like DAL, MCO, and ATL, there are people that have been here 3 years that can't hold HOU. HOU has shrunk more than any other base compared to pre-pandemic numbers. I've heard my entire time here
"just give it a few more months and it'll get back to normal" but I'll believe it when I see it.

Well, just give it a few more months and it will get back to normal.

Man if that isn’t a lost decade flashback!

They'll be there all 3 days. From pilotcrentials...
  • WAI: March 17-19 in Nashville, TN
    • Please bring a resume and your Pilot Credentials log-in info to booth 241 in the Conference Exhibit Hall. Plan to spend some time one-on-one with a Pilot Recruiter and at one of our Industry Briefings in the Governor’s D Room at 4:00pm on Thursday, March 17, 3:00pm on Friday, March 18, and 11:00am on Saturday, March 19.
It makes sense to me that this event is would not be exclusive to only women, but is it frowned upon for men to attend?

Not at all. The money brought into this event sets their budget for the year. Men have been attending WIA for years. Just like straight men and women attend NGPA...it's just another opportunity to meet with the recruiters.

It doesn't matter if it's WAI, NGAP, or OBAP. It's going to look like a Men's Wearhouse advertisement from the moment you walk in.

If I were you, I would wear a blue suit and brown shoes to set yourself apart.

For those of us that are unable to attend WAI, are there any other conventions coming up this year?
