I had:

In-person - 16 Feb
Email CJO - 18 Feb
Chief pilot CJO call - 21 Feb
Decision committee email - 24 Feb

My understanding is nothing happens until after the decision board. Expect a congratulatory phone call within a few days after the board from if you’re successful, or a TBNT email if you are unfortunately not selected. Best of luck!

I noticed that the "preflight study" tab that appears before new hire training has systems CBTs and Flows. I've heard to study the CBTs, but should we be printing the cockpit posters and studying flows before day 1 as well?

Id say go over it a bit but you don’t need to have them 100% day 1. Unless they changed something since I got on in 2015, you will have a lot of time to do that.

As of last month everyone didn't get the CJO email. My buddy got the TBNT the day after the interview, and told to reapply in 12 months. In the past I've heard of people getting the CJO email, and not getting past the DB, but with the latest interview footprint, who knows.

Its been some time for me but I remember the CJO email (prior to the DB) clearly explaining that your acceptance decision has not been made but the email was part of a required paperwork shuffle. There wasn’t any chance of being mislead if you read the email. Not sure what might have changed since then.

Was it the virtual interview or the in person?

You can go in cold and have enough time to learn everything.

The in person interview. In essence, is no news good news after you’re done with the in person interview (for a few days that is, not extended periods of time hearing nothing)?

No news is good news. What you will hear is your references getting called. Although that was 6 months ago...
