It is pay multiples and rigs will not absorb the added pay. I’m hoping we have a 1:1 over 10 hrs duty also. If they want to make my day longer they can pay for it.

It would also need to be 1:1 at the Hourly conversion not TFP in order to match the OALs. So 1.149:1?

Carl had said they were going to give us the 4 min before overfly kicks in so wouldn’t an hour be an hour then? 🤔

yeah I was thinking about block time. Duty should be 1:1…curious to see if that’s in the TA or not.

It's not (they've had multiple comms about that). There may be a 1:1 for over something like 10 hours of duty though (based on Flight Plan 2020 or some other product they've put out).
