I have a feeling this question is loaded, but I'll answer. I wouldn't say it has concessions outright. A concession is value extracted by labor from the company with nothing added for labor. There are some trade offs in the form of value extracted from labor in exchange for enhancements or money. I am not 100 percent super stoked about the whole TA, but I will say that the NC did an amazing job getting what they were told to go after. Even with the trade offs, it's a big net positive for the pilot group and finally brings us out of the dark ages.

If you think the base will be negatively impacted by the possible loss of 7 flights a day in a base with over 1500 pilots, I’d say you’re wrong.
As DEN is also a UAL hub it would allow for commuters to/from DEN to get to work easier as you’ve got more options in ORD/IAH/DFW areas vs MDW/HOU/DAL.
Of all the things in the TA, it’s one I don’t give a crap about. It doesn’t affect me at all. I’m never moving and won’t have to deal with crosstown Ubers unless it’s on the company dime as a rsv pilot (then the onus of getting me to the right airport is on them since I don’t care where I go or how/when I get there).
