a.
Premium pay on the first duty period and paid close-in parking will apply if a Reserve Pilot (including an embedded reserve) is assigned less than:
1) Two (2) hours notification to check-in to the domicile, or
2) Three (3) hours notification to check-in to the co-terminal, or
3) Two (2) hours from RAP start to check-in time to the domicile, or
4) Three (3) hours from RAP start to check-in time to the co-terminal.
In lieu of paid close-in parking, the Pilot may opt for taxi or premium ride share services.
Reimbursements will be in accordance with Section 3.A for reasonable costs (including tips) for each way.
If the Pilot reports after check-in time but within applicable time to report, he will be considered to have reported on time.

A Reserve Pilot who determines he will be unable to check-in in accordance with Section 13.M.1 due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., excessive traffic delays) will notify the Company as soon as possible. If the Company removes the Pilot from the assignment, he will continue his RAP.

Thanks for checking. Seems they are grasping for straws. It's ok to be a no voter. Just use the facts though.

Reads like if a pilot gets stuck in cross town traffic and doesn't make push, the company puts you back on reserve.

Are you so trusting of this company that you think they will pay you premium for that trip anyway?

how would your scenario play out today? Don't forget the NS that'll be added to your board, even if you call...

You seem to be missing the point.

The promises from all the co-terminal cheer leaders are Uber blacks driven by supermodels and premium for all pilots on reserve.

I simply stated it looks like you have to beat the call out to receive those.

You said "Here is the language and nowhere does it say you'll lose the pay".

I said "right there in the language it says you go back on reserve".

So it looks like the language you posted directly contradicts your claim that "nowhere does it say you'll lose the pay".

The NO's are the tight wads who don't wanna pony up union dues(which ARE warranted). They'll take the retro from SWA, but won't pay the retro DUE to swapa(hmmm).
The same fellas who complain about the price of food in the terminal.
Yeah, we have some real doozies at this airline. Culture, gag me.

okay. I get where you are coming from.

Let’s say this morning you pick up a premium turn, and hit a traffic jam on the way to the airport, so you call scheduling and say “hey, I’m not going to make push”. So they say, “go home, we’ll cover it another way” and you go home. Do you still get premium for it?

today, if you get a flat tire and your spare is flat, your only choice to protect your pay (straight credit only) is to call out sick. Under the TA you'll have commuter protections without using pay from your sick bank. You're still RAP pay protected. Your expectation is borderline absurd.

and nowhere does it say you have to beat the callout time. You are grasping.

it'll be interesting especially since NH get 2nd yr rates on everything they pick up now. That and ELLIT goes till 33 hrs before combined with reserve proffering. It might make it slim pickens for open time.

At least until training bids. There’s gonna be so much overlap drop from that, and vacation shifts. The blanks are going to be stuffed with plenty left over in open time.

I don't think EVERY trip in MOT gets coded as double or triple, just that they CAN be...but if I'm wrong, that will suck.
