Since we are limited to no more than six consecutive workdays, some pulls could be significant. In the example below, the Pilot would have Trip A and Trip B pulled because training is four days and each pairing was 3-days. No single pull could achieve a max of six workdays in a row.

So the work the RB captures in the past is being "trued" up to new negotiated rates, correct?
If so, that same reasoning means the NEC match should be trued up to new negotiated NEC? What's the difference? Again, I'm not a smart individual so please tell me what I'm missing (this is a sincere question BTW)...

I’d love to get the RB based on 17% and TA rates. Look at the RB paid to the big 3 under the contract comparison. You are getting more than any of the others got by yearly % and NEC, with better benefits and pay (for the equipment). If you want to turn that down for a chance at 2% more NEC, knock yourself out. 2% is $2700 for me…I’ll get a $80k raise effective 6 days ago if we vote yes. Bird in the hand….we prob can do better by saying no but at what cost? Nobody knows how long it would take for TA2….FedEx is still waiting….it’s a gamble and I suck at gambling. This thing checks the majority of the boxes it needed to and other than a few annoyances…I haven’t found anything that would flip my decision the other way.

BUT, I am willing to use this unprecedented level of leverage, maybe the most any pilot group has EVER had in the history of the RLA, as well as a pinch of patience, to attain that additional 2% (plus interest) of money that is rightfully ours and has been withheld from us all since Sep 1, 2020, AND also to shore up most of the nearly 22 pages of notes that I have taken full of problems that I have with this TA.
Show a little pride in the value of your profession, and the work and total investment that it took for you to get where you are! You're the reason that this pilot group continually aim's low and STILL fails to achieve it!

Depends if you have Max pay or QOL set for training. I haven’t seen that that is going away. If it is and they can split a trip, it will have paid dhd’s to get you into position and be eligible for Elitt. You’d only work it if you wanted to.

But, I must not be the only one.

This guy seems to have a few things that he doesn't like about the TA too. Maybe you ought to take a more thorough look at the various issues.

Attention to detail, obviously a problem here. I didn't say 22 pages of things that are bad. I said 22 pages of notes full of problems that I have with this TA.
But, I must not be the only one.

Dude went out and registered a domain name for what is essentially one long message board post.

Really? What "more than a few things?"
I saw ONE point on the TOF made by a former board member who made a semantics argument. That former board member failed to mention that that website stated the EXACT same thing that he was arguing immediately previous to that. I saw it, I wonder why the former board member didn't?
So what does that website get wrong?

I believe when this is implemented you’ll get OTP or the option to not pick up and have the time off. Max pay/QOL won’t be a factor when bidding specific training blocks.

That is not what the language says. It says if you can't make your 2 or 3 hour report AS IS REQUIRED under 13.M.1, let the company know. They may put you back on your rap. It does not say you have to beat the short notice callout of "less than" 13.M.1 which is what triggered the premium Good lord.
I've had enough of this. Read it again, slower. especially this part. "If the pilot reports after check-in but within the applicable time to report, he will be considered to have reported on time." They literally could not have made it more clear for you.
good night.

good night.
You keep jumping all over the place with excuses.
Here is your original statement: ""wait for the language!" Here is the language and nowhere does it say you'll lose the pay."
Yet, right in the language THAT YOU POSTED it says if a pilot doesn't make their callout they are placed back in RAP.
A Reserve Pilot who determines he will be unable to check-in in accordance with Section 13.M.1 due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., excessive traffic delays) will notify the Company as soon as possible. If the Company removes the Pilot from the assignment, he will continue his RAP.
So right there IN THE LANGUAGE you posted it says exactly what will happen.
Beat the callout and make push..... premium and parking.
Unable to check in on time...... back to RAP (it even uses the traffic example!)
