Better ergonomics and a nice and clean overhead panel with switchlights. Much nicer windscreen that is bigger and has less pillars. I swear the seat was more comfortable too, but maybe it was just that my back was much younger.

People want what they want, nothing wrong with that. The idea of never going to DAL for initial or upgrade again is extremely appealing. I’ve got 22ish years left so we may very well have another type by then…I won’t be chasing it unless it’s in my base though.

Whack, would you take a couple hundred grand paycut to go fly the latest and the greatest G? I think 787's and A350's are at least a generation and a half, if not two full generations behind. Worth it?

I'm looking forward to flying a dated 737 for the next 20+ yrs until I retire and open an island beach bar somewhere in the Caribbean.
