Actually, I was shocked that I even got the interview. 6900 TT, 1800 Turbojet 1500 Turbojet PIC, all of it part 91. (Army and Civilian Helicopter Pilot background and have been flying private jets for last 7 years.). I did the interview prep and felt really good about my performance but at the end of the day, I think they simply had better resumes. Bummer, but onward. I interview on November 3, 2025 and got the denial email on 11 November.

Interviewed on Nov 6. Great experience and really awesome place. Had the chance to meet some great people as well. All my references were called a few days later. Haven't heard anything yet, but keeping my fingers crossed. Have quite a few of internal recs from people I've flown with over the years, so hopefully that helps. Mainly a corporate guy all my career, with a little 121 prior to 9/11. Been flying for over 20yrs, and can say that SWA would be a awesome way to finish out my career. Best of luck to everyone who had the opportunity to sit down with SWA.

When I interviewed in 2015 I had no idea how to feel. I left there feeling overwhelmed and felt like I wasn’t able to use any of the stories I’d saved up because they asked me questions all the prep didn’t touch!
