trust me, thats not that hard. senior FOs been making captain money for years here. Time to start paying attention…
Sr FO. Can easily make Jr CA $ provided that jr CA doesn’t do anything to their schedule. If the CA picks up stuff then the FO would have to pick up premium proportionally to keep up.

I did around 170 in Aug. That’s 328x1.18=387.04x170=65,796.8 per month if you’re getting NEC and MBCBP as cash.

For a FO at same seniority to earn the same they’d have to work 245/mo. How many can consistently do that? In 10 yrs I’ve cracked 200 twice….I like money but I don’t like that much work. Guys I know doing 180+ every month have no life and live on CWA. I’d rather sick click and go camp with my kids.

120 TFP as a 10 year captain ~ 171 TFP as a 10 year FO.
135 TFP as a 10 year captain ~ 193 TFP as a 10 year FO.

One is much easier than the other.

This right here. Focus on the schedule, not the money, if you’re close to Upgrade.

Your point of a sr FO earning the same as a guarantee CA is valid and would be an easy sell for a CA who doesn’t pick up anything. There’s more to it though…retirement, sick/training/VA pay, LOL MBE calculation. I simply provided the #’s to show my work. Should I have to commute, I’ll use my sick bank as needed (CP approved and even told me my bank is too high). 🤷🏼‍♂️

I cracked 145 once and thought never again. But I don’t like to work even at premium. I barely like to break 100 vac months and you guys are talking 120s routinely. Each to their own I guess.

I am with you. In Sep for vacation I had 55 TFP and didn’t work for 5.5 weeks. Sometimes money isn’t everything.

Default Class drops

At the risk of asking a question on topic
when was the most recent class? I thought the first group of “225” guys was coming in November so no recent class drops?
