All of us get a little stronger, less Ops Days, less paperwork, and we all fly better over time and protect our amazing profession.
Absolutely and I wish we did debriefs after each leg. Even just a short 10-15 chat would be beneficial. I believe UAL does this as I’ve sat on their JS and witnessed it.

Just checking in to shed some light. Interviewed in late Sept and still haven't heard back. I had some internals do some digging (I just figured it was a TBNT) but according to hiring they are slightly backed up.

not sure if there is any credence to this but apparently PRIA and background is only good for so long so until they have a concrete class projection some are in a holding pattern...

At this point hope for the best but prepare for the worst 😅.

Hope this helps any guys hanging on with no EFC time...

Maybe it did and maybe it didnt.

I think you'll be fine. Make sure you check junk/trash folder, sometimes CJO invites go there inadvertently.

I'll have to check! Maybe my TBNT is in there lol.

All I know is the presentation and tour was fantastic. You guys/gals should be proud of that place.

I feel like I did a great job in the interview but you never know.

UA: "what went well, what could have gone better?" every TOC + shutdown. Unless something hit the fan takes a minute. Bad part, don't think it is necessary on most legs. Good part, because you always do it it is really easy to talk about something that bothered you / you or the other dude(tte) doesn't know about / did wrong. Guess the good outweighs the bad in my boss' opinion.
