Don't count yourself out yet. We had a guy from our 18 Aug interview group have references called early on, did not meet the DB on 2 Sep, but did meet the most recent one and got the call yesterday. You may just end up in the next DB. Having your references called doesn't exactly mean you're going to meet the next DB.

Job offer from SWA!
Got the offer from SWA! Interviewed Sept.2. I'm so thrilled for the opportunity.
I have to give credit to Centerline Interview Consulting for the help.
Centerline Interview consulting did an amazing job preparing me for the interview; best money and time I have ever spent related to work. You will have the confidence and key words from your own experiences to share not a canned answer. The interview people are tired of hearing the same canned answer; your greatest asset is your unique stories and most importantly what you learned from it.
Be yourself let your experiences shine and let Centerline help and bring out your best. https://www.centerlineinterviewprep.com

It seems like the main thing I have learned from this process is that there doesn't seem to be a set answer to when things happen but as long as you don't get the TBNT email you are still in the game.

Just a heads up on the prep--I had a candidate with me in the interview that flat out stated his interviewers told him they knew he used a specific prep company (they named it) and that it was obvious during the line ops segment. He felt it hurt him in the process because they want to see the "real" you...not the prepared candidate that was fed the answers.
Take it for what it's worth...I used prep for the HR segment. If you did get prepped for the LOE, you may want to dial it down a little so as not to appear too scripted.
(This isn't a jab at getting prepped--it's a very important day. Just know that the company is wise to certain things!)
