I've run the numbers and my view of "fair" is DOH, with no bump no flush. Perhaps some fences on domiciles and/or aircraft. If they got DOH I'd gain back 6% of the 32% I lost on the new master SWA/JBA seniority list. Personally, I lost almost four years on the last fiasco but I'd be okay with a straight DOH on this one.
That's just my opinion. The problem with this is that the newly combine list would push almost 12,000 pilots and you'd have that many opinions on what's "fair". I'm confident that about 1,735 on our current list wouldn't label the last one as "fair and equitable".
Don't worry. Hawaiian's less than 8% of our current pilot group so they won't swing things in either direction too much. Besides, I doubt there'd be many pilots moving between domiciles

Great question actually. One would think I'd want to screw them as much as posisble in order to gain back some of the 32% relative seniority I lost, but honestly I just can't think that way. I don't think the blackmail/threats towards us was correct, moral or appropriate and I certainly don't think it would be the correct way to welcome aboard 3000+ JBA pilots.

I haven't seen anything that shows me you actually lost money before SW bought you vs. After SW bought you but I do see that you have gotten multiple raises after SW bought you and now make a lot more than even the 25% you supposedly lost.
Let it go no one cares what you think about this anymore especially when you try and make it about money when you will make A MILLION DOLLARS MORE AT SW over your career.

Once again you just got another 30% raise followed by another 35% raise when you upgrade again. Isn't it time to quit your whining and just admit that you are making A LOT more than you when you were at AT?

Claire McCaskill should be on your Christmas card list. Without her you would have been interviewed at best. The way it should be. Tell me what other business in this county guarantees your job if your employer is bought out. People that came in the front door will be pulling gear for you and making less money. That is the only travesty here.

If you go back to the top of the last page you'll see that I'm responding to a question that was asked directly of me by Spartan. I was responding to him.

Suit yourself. I've never been able to look past BS either which is why you find me here. That said you might want to go back and correct the BS in post #122. Good day.

I'll be happy to make any correction needed when you post your paycheck before Southwest bought you and another one after Southwest bought you showing you lost 25% of your pay.
