I think it's in everybody's best interest to keep things legal. There are plenty of options within those bounds that are not being utilized. One of which was alluded to in today's fastread.
We have to somehow get pilots to care enough and rally around the cause in real meaningful ways.

Care to explain what in depth knowledge you have that the NC is getting rolled? Please do tell all of us what you think you would do in their position since you seem to have information the rest of us don't.

THE RESULTS
or lack there of.
I also don't believe there is a soul that could do it any better. Theyre just outmatched by a labor crushing management. Getting rolled since early focused negotiations.

That's the nature of the game. The negotiating team only has the power to suggest, cajole, beg, or plead to get a contract. It is stacked completely in managment's favor. Only when management wants something from us will it happen. On the other hand, when we get released, we will have all the power. Mgmt will only have the power to suggest, beg, etc. Eventually the mediator will get tired of their games. It's just going to take a while longer. As a previous poster said, barring shareholder involvement, I don't think we'll get a contract without being released.
