If only the union would listen. Informational calls to pilots telling them how much each of their actions goes a long way to help...or hurt. Then we wouldn't have stunts like the other thread listing names publicly.

 

On the plus side it would be hard to get a full back stick stall.

Truth...it's just like drifting off course...requires corrective action. If one does not like transparency, there is a word for that...deceitful. If one wishes to benefit from membership in the power of a collective, the admission charge is to participate with that collective. Since we can't throw out people who are undermining our position in this bargaining, then enabling YOUR truths to be evident is YOUR choice to do those acts. If you call the truth selling out, why belong to a union? Don't want the feedback....don't do the act. We shouldn't have to be your parents, cuz it's adults, not 6 year olds, who step up for the cause? Is this how you captain an A/C also is through deception and cutting corners, disregarding guidelines. Those of us holding the line look like....people holding the line and 'doing whatever it takes'.

 

I almost can't wait until my next JRM opportunity! hoping I can get some of that 'gravy' you despise so much, JUST of the sake of seeing your blood pressure rise! and when you post my name online please do it in all CAPS so everyone can see it! **** Geez the company didnt roll over and give us everything we asked for on the first counter?!?! what did you expect? We asked for what we want, and they countered with what they want.. no surprises here. We will get what we want/deserve...but newsflash, tar and feathering someone for picking up a JRM doesn't get you one step close to a contract.

I feel ya but I think the main issue is the contract violators. No way to get to 212 credit hours without bending the rules substantially. I hope you would agree.
