Instr L.B. Was a huge gravy man last contract also. Definitely a selfish all me type of guy.

 

Do you want an injunction? Because that's how you get an injunction. Just ask United, they sued ALPA and those pilots personally who harassed guys for picking up open time.

The union needs to take care of the nutjob who put up this site. Until I hear from a rep regarding this "out of control" behavior, I'm putting myself on the standing available list and will accept every JA offerred. Those of you who know me, know where I stand. This nutjob does not speak for me and I hope the pilot group. I'm praying for some serious intervention as well as an industry standard contract. God Bless all of the hard working Spirit pilots. Way to be a team player. No where in our cba does it say we need to pick up opentime or required to work overtime. The company has a staffing issue, and why wouldn't they? They are trying to grow and our contract is so horrible pay wise no one wants to work for nothing. This is a result of a ****ed off pilot group! Bob continues to insult us with comments such as, low tier employees, cost neutral, or cut costs when our profit margins are significantly higher than our competitors. I did not make the website but some seem need a reality check. Bob wants to improve service, reliability, and improve our brand. Good luck doing that with a bunch of pilots flying their line. I suggest you get on board Brent! When contract negotiations go well beyond what it should, stand in front of your mirror and say I helped he company prolong this even longer and give yourself a high five! Give me a break.

Why would you go against the effort of so many who are trying to put the burden on the rightful owner of poor performance and questionable reliability? Why? Your yellow suit only got you the job and if you want to be a respected SPA pilot get with the collective and stop helping.

 

What email are you talking about? The one I saw said, in effect, "don't screw this up for the MEC and negotiating committee".
