I don't think we're reading yellow suit guy's post the same way. It seemed to me he was saying that until the union condemned the shaming he was going to pick up every junior assignment available. His words were "Until I hear from a rep regarding this "out of control" behavior, I'm putting myself on the standing available list and will accept every JA offerred."

Didn't make much since, but that's why I asked the question.

I read it. I thought he was talking about unless the union said something about not picking up open time he was gonna continue. But now I'm not sure.

Because I want everyone listed on this public shaming site to call godaddy's abuse line/email and demand this site be taken down and to find out who is public shaming the fellow pilots. A hidden proxy domain at $7.99 a year is not going to stop people from getting the real registration of this website. A fair warning to whoever put this site up are you really ready to risk your career over this? I don't believe in public shaming and this only divides.

You can rest assured someone on that list will file a law suit over this.

Anything noticeably different the company can prove in pilot actions before negotiations vs during can be construed as an illegal job action.

Don't take my word for it. Look up the case law.
