Low tier offer!!!!

So many work rule concessions and low tier compensation.

I support my MEC.

Even if they pulled their head out of their asses and offered industry standard compensation I'd be a NO just for not having industry standard long term disability. What happened to the AIP you agreed to two flipping years ago spirit?!! You can have $500/hr and a 50% DC retirement and it's not going to matter if you medical out. I don't care how healthy you think your are, you are 6mo-1yr from losing your medical.

SCOPE!!!! Not one mention from either the company or ALPA on the most important contract section.

I support my NC and MEC. Good call on this guys!

Longtime lurking, first time posting.

The company proposal is terrible. With the work rule concessions, pbs and etc this would without a doubt, be close to a cost neutral contract. Pilot utilization would skyrocket and completely offset the higher pay rates.

Thank you Alpa for not entertaining that **** poor offer.

Thank god they didn't waist our time with a TA on this, never woulda passed. It's sad they spent until midnight on the proposal. Two and a half years and getting more expensive with every TA. Wouldn't it be cheaper just to get a deal done?

Chimpy 09-09-2017 07:23 PM

Above industry average per diem, lol

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Directautogroup 09-09-2017 07:43 PM

100% raise on hotel buyback. What are you complaining about?

Planepirate 09-09-2017 07:49 PM

I'm so happy nobody is on APC bashing ALPA for not sending this piece of crap out for a vote. ExpressJet has LTD with own occupation to 65 for crying out loud. And honestly I don't know if I'd accept $500/hr for pbs. Our management can't do the most basic things. Im not sure any amount of money is worth being on the receiving end of their ineptitude. I support my MEC.
