One of the interview days last month we got a total of 9 guys to show up. That's all 9! The smart money is going elsewhere. Sub standard pay and no upgrade you're better off at a lot of other flying jobs. I think we're getting meatballs now, that's what I'm hearing. 100hrs of OE. LOL!
