I always vote no on everything. This time I'm voting yes because this is the best deal we can get and a no vote will keep us at this low pay for a very long time.
But ya kno wat I am seeng from dis post....lets hurry up and vote this contract in so dat we can start the clock for a next contract to get something better on dat contract....wait wait wait, why not get something better now while the market is good for it? Aint now di best time? Wat gaurantee do you guys/gals have to say ull have the same leverage you have now?

At the same time wat guarantee do you have that it will be 1 or 2 years b4 TA2 comes out?, wat if it TA2 comes 4 months after voting down TA1?(this where ill get laughed at cuz y'all will say obviously I dont know spirit, but wat IF? a
Am I speculating now?) A lot of speculations drive uninformed decisions. I understand Greeny point though, makes sense looking at it that way, cuz u can sit on something thats ok (scope, ltd, etc) while being more patience through the next neg. But ya cant look at it only dat way.

And its not only Greeny that has this 1 to 2 year expectation for TA2 thats driving his/her decision to vote YES on a highlight.

Okie im talking too much again.

Speechless after muddling through this guys thoughts. You are exactly what other pilots thinks of spirit pilots...uneducated clowns flying for the lowest tiered airline carrying around the parolees and miscrients of our society. Christ man, my 5 year old can formulate better sentences than you with correct spelling at that.

It’s getting tired. When a joke gets a lot of wear and tear it kills it

But you all got my point though? I might be misspelling but there is a point there. Some like to correct others (which sometime is needed), hence I gave those folks that opportunity while trying to bring a point across

And when it comes to my thoughts on Spirit pilots.....you are very inaccurate. I am hoping for industry standard across the board cuz you guys deserve it. I am even thinking of Spirit as an option IF the contract is up to par, since Id like a FLL base. So I think nothing bad of Spirit pilots.

Wat had bothered me was the fact that guys are making decisions on highlights. See my previous qoute on Green Giant for example.

just remember this because this thing will pass. when the next recession hits, and it will, you will be taking a 30% pay cut. you are giving up your work rules/quality of life for a pay raise. remember, alpa lobbied hard to give away time and a half on work days off last contract. that's who we're dealing with. one more thing, i don't want to hear ONE yes voter complain about getting 'rescheduled', fly it and grieve it....so don't make plans on your days off...
