What’s the formula for signing bonus? I bet the senior guys get a fat cut and leave the 2-3 year guys out in the cold

You will be compensated commensurate with time of service. And yes the senior pilots that have been putting up with substandard wages and this disorganized clown show longer than you have will get more. The good news is that if you’re not a criminal or retarted you can take your smaller pay out and bail.

You can not base new schedule on current like add or subtract leg. Pairing software starts from zero. Big change in init parameter -rig , 24 hour layover for extra duty period, 29/7, even per diem price means big change in output pairing.

Would be interesting to see what company uses to start to see if any is built in for reschedule enroute.

It is also worth noting that the 2010 contract signing bonus was $3,000 for CA's and $7,000 for FO's. Not saying that is gonna happen again as this place is a completely different airline now but just figured I would point it out.

If you just divide the 75,000,000 by 1800~ =41k~

Obviously not everyone will get an equal amount though.
