But there's only so many flights we do, so to put another leg on you, is to take it away from another pilot. Its the same flights. There might be some minor changes, which to be honest, I'd rather do 18 hour 3 days, 4 of those and call it a month. What we don't want is less efficiency. Doing 10 hour 3 days will ensure we work right down to 13 days off trying to get the minimum window.

You will be compensated commensurate with time of service. And yes the senior pilots that have been putting up with substandard wages and this disorganized clown show longer than you have will get more. The good news is that if you’re not a criminal or retarted you can take your smaller pay out and bail.

Would be interesting to see what company uses to start to see if any is built in for reschedule enroute.
