What are we debating here? Someone asked what the company value the 4 days off provision at. In my opinion, it has little to value to them if with pbs, transition conflicts are gone and the 29/7 limit is gone. Because whether you have 4 days off or not in between, they’ll be getting plenty of work out of you the rest of the month.
The upside with losing 29/7 is that you can be more efficient, win for both sides, unless you play with conflicts a lot.
Not waiving your 4 days off may constraint your schedule wants, unless your want is strictly 5/6 on and 4 off. The company won’t care whether you waive it or not.

There is a huge value in the 4 days off, I'd bet money that had the CNC agreed to give that up for "industry standard" the pay rates would have gone up substantially per hour.

There has been no mention yet of the plight of 29/7, you think it is gone.
And how does your calculation work if it is not?
What we know is that Red/Green remains, 4 days remains, JA language remains, deliveries of one AC a month continue, reserve coverage will remain above industry average but will drop from current high.
What is not known is the IROP / reschedule language.

Without 4 (5) days off language we have to have min 16days off per month. Without either one the majority of the lines will be 13 days off with the unproductive nature of our current route structure. 4(5) days off brings the average days off for the month.
