Go super senior .. lots of possibilities if they’d consider overnights out of the country
They can have CUN, I'll take CTG.

Colombia, or more accurately a Colombiana, is the reason I first flew on Spirit which set in motion the chain of events that landed me at BananaJet Airlines. The girl is gone but my infatuation is still in full effect.

#Verdad. Aguilas, arepas, and amor. The city is a bit of a hike from Rionegro though.

A long MDE would be almost as dangerous as a PTY overnight, wouldn't be a month before at least one crew member missed a duty in if we overnighted there.

Sorry, didn't mean to derail the thread. Y'all may resume the bickering now.

14hr 4 day pairings...

VOTE NO!

How did you arrive at cost neutral? I want facts and numbers not speculation and emotion.

I agree but we have to have one or the other and some people are so blinded by the 4 (5) days. If it gets waived permanently the unproductive nature of our route structure would have everyone on 13 days off. If we don’t have 16days off min we have to keep the 4 (5) days off because it keeps average days off up.

VAC/GS/SIM drops?
150%/200% DOT pick up, is a concession which reduces RES coverage and CS staffing.
Still no info on Res drops.
Schedule integrity is a must!
No full retro, meaning NK saved millions for the last 2.5 years.
Their stall tactics are being rewarded by us!
The 75mil to be split, is a minute fraction of the new corporate welfare tax breaks.
No profit sharing.
NO calendar day min=14hr 4 days

This is a 4 year deal (which means 6+)
Expect a considerable pay disadvantage in less than two years and concessionary negotiations next time around.
Bendo will get another bonus if this POS passes.

VOTE NO!
Many of these things are not incorrect.

As stated before though it is a five year deal.

Do the good outweigh the bad is the question. The good list is certainly shorter than the bad but may be much more valuable in the future. We have to see the language though.

IF we vote it down we absolutely want them to know why. There is a point in negotiation In a complex deal where both sides need to know exactly what the other side wants.

And wat if mgmt didn't know they had so much leverage with offering scope and LTD? Now they will deff know. Give them more bargaining power to take away more work rules if u really want scope and ltd on TA2
