I'll be interested to see how they divide up the $75 Mil. I assume they will not factor in how much you have worked, just seat and seniority?

In my last contract it at my old company. It's was half of the money was seat/seniority and half was W2. The way our last MEC saw it was, the more you worked the more you were out, while saying the longer you've been here, the more you get paid.

The only perceived concession is PBS, but it appears our union is handling that rather well. Which the big 3 all already have, so there’s not much that can be said about that.

With they way mediation went, my guess is it would be another 2 years at poverty wages for a measly $10 more.
I agree. This deal seems like a huge improvement with very little concession. The scope and LTD coupled with a good DC retirement fund makes this a career contract. Lots of security built in. A lot to feel good about.

I just hope it's fair. If someone who has been here say a year and a half gets 5k and a senior CA gets 90, there is gonna be some issues.

Unfortunately it never is. No matter what the formula is. What your definition of fair is will always be different with other pilots.

Wow you took the words out of my mouth. Its amazing how many of the same usernames just a few months ago said PBS is a NO iteam. Must be industry leading or a NO iteam. From the bullet points I dont see a single iteam that is industry leading. In fact if you yake out JB and F9 its at the bottom of the industry, and we all know JB and F9 will trump this. So as other posters have said in a year or two you will again be on the bottom getting bare backed by the man!

Nobody knows whats going to happen next week, let alone months/years. I get that some people will be miserable SOBs no matter what (like Beans & Radar).

Exactly, I’m sure this is great news for Frontier. This is what I would expect to happen here with no scope.

The sad thing is basing it on how much you worked only rewards the OT *****s who stuck the guys holding the line in the back. This is why I hav always believed in basing it on your guarantee.
