Just putting the facts out there. Read the entire thing and vote your conscience.

No scope no vote!

Hear that loud and clear when putting it in language Spirit.

Just Say What?!!!
Hopefully that wasn't an attempt at humor. Because it sucked. Hopefully your flying skills are better.

I agree though. We for sure need to read the entire TA before we make a decision. I guess I was a little too premature on my username...if I could have a second chance my user name should be "JustVoteYes...Maybe"

No not at all. I'm saying your handle is really idiotic. And you must be a child or a puppet.
We haven't seen anything yet. You just might change to justvoteno if you are intelligent. Or not.
Vote according with facts please.

Things could be worse, we could have to wear this in public...

Compare:

United Top A320 CA - $264 no question.

For Spirit -
Step 1. Vote in the TA
Step 2. Wait till 4 years after DOS (possibly UA top A320 CA get raise b4 then)
Step 3. Fly the A321
Step 4. Fly it internationally
Then and only then u'll get $264 as Top CA at spirit.

Yes you're missing something. Like Qotsaautopilot say, its a big difference.

FYI you don't have to personally fly the A321 at Spirit to get the override. It is based off the ratio of hours the 321 flies for that month.

Who in the hell knows where United will be with pay rates in 4 years, their management team is a cluster F*ck. They have to be the worst out all the majors. They might even lose money in the 1st quarter of this year.

I am not going to decide how I vote until I see the TA. Industry standard Scope and LTD are a must!!! Those will be the first two sections I look at, then if they are up to par I will read the rest of the TA and decide from there.

Don't forget about the unimpressive FO pay.

I was thinking about this earlier. Did we seriously expect to get UAL pay rates while retaining some of our work rules that some are so relentless to give up? Such as 4 days off in between trips and red green. I mean throughout this whole process everyone’s been like “oh don’t give up work rules because you never get those back”. Well we mostly didn’t and then you guys are suprised at the pay rates? We can’t have our cake and eat it too. So we can keep our work rules or get higher pay we won’t get both.

I am also disappointed with the loss of some of our work rules. Transition language that we have today is nice.

Work rules will not set me up for retirement. Actual pay in the bank will.

I'm a yes vote and in 4 years we can negotiate for even more cash. If we vote no, it could be 2020 or beyond.

Looking at the pay, I wonder if management just assumes we will vote no so they can continue giving themselves pay raises.
