Nearly Industry bottom. Roughly current JetBlue with slightly higher top end rates. So when JetBlue and frontier get a new contract, only allegiant and sun country will be lower paid. And we will live under it for seven years. Oh, and we are giving up most of our QOL, including schedule integrity and the ability to drop any reserve day that is green (HUGE QOL provision for anyone junior, or those living in base that try to stay home as much as possible). Not to mention we lose transition conflict at signing before PBS is even implemented. If this ratifies we would be giving away the store for almost nothing, and I guarantee this pilot group will be a miserable bunch of pilots to work with. Huge buyer's remorse. JUST VOTE NO!

I could be PARTIALLY wrong, but all indications leading up to this AIP indicate otherwise. If my points are as I stated when we see the TA, I hope to high heaven this pilot group has the spine to say no! I fear otherwise.

Troll, Troll, Troll. Dude, we should vote yes to another low tier contract. Not "Industry Standard let alone Industry Leading"' , no RETRO Pay, and throw in PBS. What is so great about this contract. JetBlue in a year will be higher than we are and everyone will be *****ing how we didn't get that. VOTE NO and grow some balls.

Amazing how ignorant a lot of you guys are. How can we expect you to read the T/A when it becomes available when it’s clear you havent listened to one All Pilot Conf Call

Wrong, just cant drop middle day. You can still drop RSV from outside in (though i believe its limited to one block a month, which kind of blows)

Wrong. I have listened to all of the calls, which is how I knew about the reserve drop change in the first place. And I do know that you can drop from one block, but even that is a GIANT concession. This personally affects me, since I try to stay home as much as possible. I need the ability to drop any reserve day that is green, not just a few per month. And it will affect all junior guys and everyone when they upgrade. I will read the TA thoroughly, but I am NOT giving up quality of life for nearly Industry bottom rates. I wish we didn't have so many who are willing. You guys are an embarrassment to the whole profession.
Also if every airline leap frogs pay every contract, then by your rationale if we get delta Plus a $1 and jetblue/frontier will blow by us, then well be at the bottom again anyway... since all the big boys will get new contracts within our 5 year contract and leap frog us again.. So Lets stay at the bottom for 2 more years making $140k, and not make $225,000 in the interim simply because at some date in the future that will get surpassed..Lets stay at the bottom, all while hoping longer negotiations will get us to the top, which as you claim will be at the bottom in 2 years anyway?? Makes total sense to me..
