And mediator that say under no circumstance will there be release. Infinate loop.

My opinion mediator corrupt, or not smart. Says company can not afford to pay more. 43% raise biggest ever - forget that pbs / transition take most raise back.

Where do alpa need to appeal mediator decision? Mediator works with full authority, no one else care about nk deal.

Again, the mediator is dropping hints because she wants it done. Remember, “allowed to lie to spur the negotiations.”

If you reject the TA, the mediator CANNOT punish you by saying ‘screw you greedy pilots.’

The answer will be ‘OK... time to improve the offer’ and you’ll start from there. The answer does not lie with the MEC or NC. It lies with each and every Spirit pilot. That’s the only message that matters to NMB. They cannot argue a NO vote. They have to get it to a yes vote... how do you suppose that happens??

The recent history disagrees with you, so does the actual law... but go ahead and keep telling yourself what you want to hear.

Good luck Spirit brothers and sisters!

You are so uninformed about our current dealings it’s not even funny. Go back to annoying your SWA brethren.

As are you about the actual law... or perhaps you have ulterior motives?

Well mediator wiping behind with your "law". 3rd try, who does alpa appeal to if not following rules?

And as we've seen many times in the past, this is not Delta or Southwest management. They are not concerned with getting 'Tier 1' applicants in the door. They have enough 1-2 year RJ guy to fill the seats and move the yellow jet from A to B. That pool will not dry up within the next few years. Proof as shown on our seniority list growing every month.

The NMB has stated we are not going to strike with a 44% raise on the table from the company. I believe the company genuinely wants to get a deal done, but if you think they will drop to their knees and give us Delta bus rates because we vote no on this TA, you are in for a serious reality check.
