Is it 5 hr min day, or 5 hr average duty day, or 5 hr min duty period?

Right, but nowhere does it say that those rigs and min duty periods would be implemented until after full implementation of PBS...

Give PS a call. He'll confirm it. That's what was said in the calls. Because I already heard it that way, I think that is the reason I read it that way too...

We can argue about this all night. But I’ll take my info from official ALPA e mails not “how you read it” or what was said on phone call way prior to these current mediation sessions.
