Amen. Last thing we need is a Spirit Express.
Fair enough next time y’all have a picket I’ll stay home on my day off.....because that’s best for me, to stay home on my day off.

The one that this offer appears to be more than equitable and there’s no point in trying to get better.

So you're a yes vote then? Can I ask why?

Your prerogative. So you can’t see that everyone has a different view out there window. Different companies, managements, route structures, size, etc... will never fault a group for voting for what’s best for them as there the ones that truly feel for what the risk is if they vote yes or no.

So you are worth less than SW? They basically matched legacy rates, 401K and work rules.

I never voted down a union, and I don't clean planes. I can only assume you are refering to our group as a whole. Those days are long gone for most of us. All I can say is I didn't come over here to insult you, or your group. We dont have scope, you are correct. Scope is everything, when a company can outsource. How much of your flying could spirit cover at lower rates than yours?

I would vote no if this were presented to me. I would strike, (and will probably have to) especially in this environment. If you want to take substandard pay, while your company is raking in profits and having staffing issues that is up to you. Just realize that you effect the entire industry by accepting it.
