SAVE is a publicly-traded company. Putting a spin is one thing. Brazenly lying about fiduciary issues is another.
SAVE management will have definitely earned their upcoming bonuses with your YES votes.

Posted elsewhere too :
Even if the numbers are way off as far as the cost savings to the company, it's still way less than our gain.
Ex... Rough numbers
12M year savings plus reduction of 200 pilots (alpa estimate) avg compensation top and bottom of the pay scale would be around 166/hr... Figure it out at 72 hours and you have 28.6M year...
Add them up and you get 40.6M post year cost savings to the company
5 year total savings ~ 203M
Gains in ta1 ~ 920M
Even if numbers are off substantially, there is no way its cost neutral.

Yes, all companies will benefit from tax reform. Spirit is no different. I don't know those numbers. Look, debating on the internet is not my idea of a good time. I just wanted to share a few facts. Good day sir

I think those that don't have a vote should absolutely be allowed to have a voice. We all work at the same airline, under the same contract, we will all be affected by what happens on February 28th.
Did you listen to Art Luby's discussion about scope in the video? It was pretty eye opening. While I would love tighter codesharing scope, it doesn't seem like that's a possibility. I am in no way condoning a codeshare with NAI. I am 100% totally opposed to that.

From a recent MEC publication:
Do you anticipate a change in mood @ NKS relations?
The relationship between the MEC and Spirit management has been, and will continue to be professional, businesslike and cordial. The Status Reps all have good working relationships with their respective Base Chief Pilots and the System Chief Pilot. The MEC Chairman and COO John Bendoraitis have a history of open and productive dialogue. Furthermore, ever since Spirit hired an in-house Labor Relations Counsel near the end of 2015 we have had great success in resolving disputes without an arbitrator's involvement. Having said that, we know that we will still have disputes with management. All properties do. How those disputes are handled is where the rubber meets the road. We are cautiously optimistic that our relationship with management will continue to improve, as it has for the past two years.
Was this author the same "expert" that calculated a 12M savings per year from wholesale work rule concessions?

Are these folks selling us this TA?
I did have much empathy and respect for their hard work under the constant threat of the TRO.
This above is challenging that.
If we give it away, we will be sorry as long as NK stays NK.
