Boy when you guys get a TA in 2020 over at frontier you will be in for a real shocker.

Profit predictions are done as a pre-tax margin, therefore the tax reform doesn’t change anything. If you listen to Q&A’s or attend a roadshow, you would know why the tax reform argument doesn’t work. Spirit basically pays zero cash tax, due to growth and aircraft deliveries.

I know it’s hard, but try and listen to the experts.

Interesting. Then why is there an article on the stock that says in 2018 after passing this TA and getting both the tax cuts plus a few additional planned cuts/efficiency improvements it will hardly change the huge money printing machine that Spirit Airlines is....

To say they know best because they know all the numbers and have been around a long time is foolish. I think this is the best time ever to get a TA, and another year is worth the wait. All sounds great but how do you know it will go down like that? Take it to a strike? Seriously, are you even on this planet right now? It is not that easy but you already knew that...

I think it’s time to head back to the Frontiere board and annoy your fellow brethren now.
