I'm sad that most of the pilots here can't see the "Forest for the trees".

Yes, I look at many in that regard that you speak of. Low turnout at picket events, low turnout at road shows.
This group of pilots annoys me.

We could do MUCH better, but are about to settle for mediocrity.

I am actually updating my logs and info in anticipation of this passing.

To those who can get out, it's time.

With the retirements and growth, it's a no brainer.

I'm under 40.

Y'all want to stick it out?
Good for you.

You had an opportunity to really change it, and youfell for the oldest trick in ALPAs book......

Sad.
You interviewed here and didn’t get hired; quit hating because we can afford bottle service at your church with the new contract. Or you do work here, and you’re mad because your ex wife you cheated on with a man will get more in alimony.

Question: is that the best "yes voter" bashing you can give?
tool.........

im giving the guy facts about the future...

F off.
Been here 5 years, average 13 days off for 85 hours credit (not on cs preferred call list an have 2 kids that need a college fund), never conflict because always need to bid around family. After TA passes I will be able to make the same with 17 days off.

I don't go on here to anonymously call every yes voter a loser with a criminal record, I'm just giving guys facts about the past

How do you figure you’ll go from 13 to 17 Days Off?

He's not saying he will get a line with 17 days off he is just saying that he could drop to 17 days off and make the same amount that he is now.

Despite the animosity on here it’s a great pilot group to fly with. I’ve been based in Dtw, Dfw, and Ord for the last 3 years and have enjoyed my time here. Excited about the future.

72 hrs with our current 4.5hr duty average is 16 days a month.

72 with a 5 hr duty day avg is 14.4 days a month.

And that doesn’t take into account the improvement in duty rig.

And yeah we can already do the 11 hr 3 days.

There are a lot of 10hr credit, 2 duty 3 day trips, and 14hr 3 duty 4 days (without 22+ layover), in LAS, so it’s easy to build a 72hr 13 day off line. Honestly it would be hard to build worse lines with PBS, the biggest loss is transition for those that could hold it, and the staffing reduction because company doesn’t need to take transition into account.
