I could easily leave. But I came here hoping for a kick a$$ startup on the ground level.
I'm sad that most of the pilots here can't see the "Forest for the trees".
Yes, I look at many in that regard that you speak of. Low turnout at picket events, low turnout at road shows.
This group of pilots annoys me.
We could do MUCH better, but are about to settle for mediocrity.
I am actually updating my logs and info in anticipation of this passing.
To those who can get out, it's time.
With the retirements and growth, it's a no brainer.
I'm under 40.

Been here 5 years, average 13 days off for 85 hours credit (not on cs preferred call list an have 2 kids that need a college fund), never conflict because always need to bid around family. After TA passes I will be able to make the same with 17 days off.

72 with a 5 hr duty day avg is 14.4 days a month.
And that doesn’t take into account the improvement in duty rig.
And yeah we can already do the 11 hr 3 days.

There are a lot of 10hr credit, 2 duty 3 day trips, and 14hr 3 duty 4 days (without 22+ layover), in LAS, so it’s easy to build a 72hr 13 day off line. Honestly it would be hard to build worse lines with PBS, the biggest loss is transition for those that could hold it, and the staffing reduction because company doesn’t need to take transition into account.
