Just curious as to what happened to the: We're the most profitable airline with the largest margins thus we should be paid the most, industry standard contract at DOS, the legacies are our peers and we demand no less, discount airline/not discount pilots, it'll only increase our CASM by 2 cents!! Attrition is 200%!! We are not LOW TIER!
Was it the plan to demand an industry leading contract until signing an industry trailing one?

Just curious as to what happened to the: We're the most profitable airline with the largest margins thus we should be paid the most, industry standard contract at DOS, the legacies are our peers and we demand no less, discount airline/not discount pilots, it'll only increase our CASM by 2 cents!! I said the same last year and the cheerleaders said no PBS or we strike. Then they said legacy rates for PBS or we strike. Then they just bent over!

Meh, you know how it is, lol. Look man. I get you dont like Spirit, or it’s pilots or whatever but most of us (at least 70%) are pretty happy right now. There are a lot of good things in the TA and a lot of reasons to be thankful. Wasnt that long ago I had a kid on the way and was stressing out over how to save money while making $35/hr at Expressjet as a 7th year F/O,...........
