Credits are not accurate. I almost got duped into a 10hr 3 day that was showing 15

Hey, they have only had 16 months to prep for it, and this is the second month with the error...and a total of 1 email from the union saying "be careful"

Maybe we can waive the contract again to show them what a swell group of guys we are.

Absolutely. It's the least we can do after they way they treated us with nothing but dignity and respect during the negotiations. The company did nothing but treat us great and negotiate in good faith.

Most "real" 3 days should rig out at 15 hours or better with your 5 hour min duty period, right? So, why would you not want to increase your hourly rate by 50% by only blocking 10 and getting paid for 15?

You are not aware of the situation..

The software on Flica is using pre contract override at 22 hours as the point in which you get an additional duty period, now its 24 hours. So a trip will show 15 hours because it has a 22:00-23:59 overnight, problem is its 24 now, not 22, so the credit is incorrect. Been this way for 2 months and FOR WHATEVER REASON its the pilots responsibility to verify credit amounts and not the company to produce accurate numbers. So he is saying the trip was showing 15 hours but he would only get 10 for it

If we had a living breathing MEC, this would be addressed and every pilot affected would be told to file an NCC. Instead its kneepads and Bendo standing above us.

So...a 2 duty period trip is shown as crediting min duty period for 3 duty periods? (It's really too bad you didn't get min calendar day, hopefully next time).

Why is it that if something like this was reversed to where it benefited the pilots it would be fixed immediately, yet at so many companies when the company benefits (or is not being harmed) they drag their feet?

We have our own set of Flica issues where I work now, mostly dealing with trade denials induced by unnecessary/unrelated duty limit restrictions.

There's a whole lotta 'next time' stuff that needs to be addressed. Number one is a new negotiating chair and team. If our MEC is unwilling to due such then they need to be replaced first. We cannot have round three of a below average zone of reasonableness contract.

I agree with this 100%! I was at Eagle back in 2010-2014, and our negotiating committee was in the back pockets of management! They would also go out and rack up $1000+ bar/restaurant tabs while conducting “union business.” One would think that the negotiating committee would be for its own pilot group! The self-service of such a few demolished this whole pilot group! Those people are there to represent US! If they can’t do that, they are no longer doing the job of the “office” they represent and need to get out!
