Most junior line holder is 14 months with the company. That figure however reflects the stopping of hiring for 8 months prior to this massive hiring wave. You should be good now maybe 6 months

Then when you get it, assuming you live near MCO, you can drop/swap and build a line using Open Time trips out of MCO.
DTW has been pretty junior too. In low season takes about 65% to hold a line in FLL. At least for the last 3 years. My guess is MCO would be our junior base (for holding a line) pretty soon. Maybe 6 months or less after OE, MCO/DTW/FLL.
If you get hired before the summer, expect some stagnation due to the slowdown in the training department. This will further delay your ability to hold a line at least 2-3 months.

He said slow down in Training. As in backlog of folks trying to complete the training process, finish IOE and get out to the line.

Normally, yes, but recently here, and what he may be referring to is that it's been summer slow because there was essentially zero training going on whatsoever with no new blood to fill the ranks (our summer meltdown of this year from short staffing).
