on reserve you get 12/13 days of per month guaranteed. Holding a line you get guaranteed 15 days off per month I think..but also holding a line of course you can change up your schedule to your fit your taste. And if your senior you can do day turns if you like. That’s the best way I can explain it.

You really should read the contract and stop spreading misinformation. Line holders are not guaranteed 15 off, it is 13. We don’t really have relief lines anymore, per se…

And we do have “reduced lower limit lines” that used to be called relief lines. Call it what you want. So how many days off do you get with them?

Not in the winter time. Too cold up in that weather to grow. Need it to warm up to grow fast.
