Not to mention Spirit is well below the FAA maximum value of hull loss plane crashes. The FAA allows up to 4 per month before they'll start investigating and Spirit is well under at averaging only 1.4 compared to all other airlines that are close to 3 (I think 2.8 is the rolling 30 day average of other companies combined but would have to double check with a friend whose sister dated a guy who supervises janitors at the FSDO) so not a single US carrier is in any danger.

Unfortunate I came here for insight only to learn APC (or at least this thread) is a dumping ground for the industry's negativity. I'll have my questions answered by a more professional group.

At least be safe and polite to your organization.
Quite the emotional outburst. Looking at your post history, you’re even too bougie for big daddy delduh. Maybe you should apply to fly the space shuttle…. They might meet your standards. probably not…

Save that “you must be fun to fly with….. you wouldn’t say that to my face….. you’re gonna get in troubleeee…. I’ll get my questions answered by a more professional group” nonsense for mommy. Nobody cares what you think, mr internet man

Just my 2 cents, the mx here is be best I’ve ever seen in my career. Planes never have MEL’s, run like tops, most are brand new.. any time we call mx we have a guy show up in 10 minutes or less who seems eager to help.

my previous airline made us fly death traps with tons of problems. Fume events, Inop bleeds and apu, back-to-back engine failures, etc

coming to Spirit was a breath of fresh air

Also, skycap, who hurt you lol

The arrogance of Delta has turned me far away from any interest in their operation.

I'll be applying elsewhere with a company that upholds a brighter culture.

Our MX here has been excellent.

Seems the “biggest” thing I see these guys “miss” is not skipping a line in the logbook last page. Haha.

Great MX team

you can drop all the way to have every day off per month. You just won’t get paid for it.
