if by everyone you mean me I'll add to my tab for two more cents. ACY/PHL discussion have been had and a sticking point (not insurmountable) was limo vs a shuttle a few times per day. While being paid per contract who wants to wait for a shuttle? MIA doesn't breach the mileage rule so certainly an easier conversation, but still one we can have hypothetically.

I didn’t mean you personally. Just seems like a lot of talk saying this needs to be negotiated. Maybe it was just you, but either way, to me it seems like the language is there if the company wants to use it. If they want to get creative and go outside of the contract with a scheduled shuttle or not pay for a surface deadhead then yeah that would require negotiations. But if they want to stick to the contract then I don’t see why they can’t.

Probably because people don’t read their contract and then speculate on what needs to happen, all the while it’s already voted on 3 years ago and approved and in writing.

But please, let’s keep acting like we have some sort of say…

Brightline doesn’t service either airport.

Spirit just needs to have an account (negotiated rate) with the local taxi stands and both airports...

walk out the terminal, wave your hand, and in the taxi you go...no waiting for a shuttle or Uber.
