Agreed. None of this bickering takes place on the line. This pilot group really is top notch, smart and easy to work with.

What do you guys think will happen with attrition if and once the merger with JetBlue takes place? I can see it getting worse as both our airlines have issues with pilot retention, add the fact both sides will probably be annoyed with an outcome of an SLI. That JCBA better be real good if the new “JetBlue” wants to retain us.

Has to be industry leading plain and simple. As in leading the legacies in the next cycle not leading for a day and then they sign something much larger

You can see them yourself in flica. Just select all on the second last bid award and compare the last number to the current bid award.
