Ditto. Anecdotally, I know some captains with 6-7 years on property that are out the door.

That said, anyone know where we can get up to date data on resignations and or current seniority lists? The numbers of people I know for a fact that have left aren’t adding up on FLICA or even the recent ALPA seniority list dated January 2022.

People leaving with 7 years on property are out of their minds or just chasing wide bodies

FedEx for me as an 8 year Captain would be a pay cut for 1-2 years. It would be worth it financially for me to leave.

There’s a FedEx Fo on the salary thread that made $600k so maybe not a pay cut at all

out of their mind for chasing a bigger paycheck????

i’ll let you in on a little secret. WB pay more than NB.

and you can usually have more efficient trips.

and I’m talking about Legacies... Not ATI, Western Global or Ethiopian Airlines.

If you have friends there ask them how they did especially if they did a good amount of international. It’s eye opening. Perhaps the internet isn’t wrong.

This is data that can/will be provided to you by the union. It is not beneficial for the company to advertise how many crewmembers have resigned.
