However, if I don't get hired by United (and I have zero interest flying cargo), do you think JetBlue would be a little bit of a step up or purely a pointless lateral move? They have a highly convenient Newark base, but JFK and LGA are doable as well (shorter mileage than AC but traffic and high bridge tolls. However I'm planning to move closer to NYC and could then use public transit to get to JFK/LGA). I really like JetBlue's product, they seem better run than spirit, their pay is better, they're flying to Europe, etc., and I understand upgrades are no worse than Spirit and very quick for the E190 in NY. What do you all think?
Ah. advice ( free FWIW). UA, AA, DL, FX. UP, WN, NK. B6, F9, G4. Not sure how to order below that. Just MHO

Ya, considering the trolling going on in our forum now. With a pilot from New Jersey and now one from Australia. I’m sure she’s here waiting for a DM. Management already on here getting base feels and seeing what the Aussies think about coming over.

According to that union email we only netted 16 pilots for January. Sixteen. We lost 46 to other airlines; more than half of those to United. Interesting times.

Maybe we can ask about what’s Ted’s plan to grow with attrition this high.. instead of are we getting A330’s or what color will the new uniform be??? During the town hall.

They already told us their plan on the last town hall, so given the Jan numbers it should be of no surprise this was posted on LinkedIn yesterday.

So you think we should be concerned with Ted’s plan to grow the company vs growing his beard? Crazy idea.

This is why I hate all company town halls, waste of time with let’s say “less invested” employees on the line who think we are going to Hawaii soon and they can non rev their family of 12 out

Haha! Touché! You’re correct though.. total waste of time. Nothing of importance will be mentioned during these events.
