^^^^^^ I’m definitely on board with ya!!^^^^^^^
Why get rid of the 4 off min? Don’t like it, waive it!!!

Yes they can drag their feet and stall as usual and yes they can try and keep us separate for as long as possible but if they want to grow and attract and retain pilots they are going to have to go big. We get to decide. Know when to hold them and know when to fold them. They are going to bluff all the way to the end.

this guy gets it!!!!!

You might have language that dictates required trip composition percentages? No idea but it’s common.

We don't. We collectively should.

Secondly, y’all keep saying “said legacy plus one”, at the end of the day we are still spirit and frontier, the 9th grade team of high school, not even junior varsity. Yes, I want all of those and then some, but let’s be realistic on where we are in our careers.

What we are saying is our QOL isn’t as bad as may have been led on, which is a good thing, because it is less of a gap to negotiate.

Historically drop/swap have been very easy tools to use at F9.

glad to hear it 👍🏼

Sounds like Skywest is a good place for more windshear. Maybe the alternative school never called him up to play midget ball?

Over 10 years here, it’s reality, just accept who we are.

…and yet you’re still here. Your lack of a spine is exactly what management loves. It speaks volumes about your self worth if you think this place is merely a stepping stone.
