Biggest takeaways:

Merger first hinges on approval, historic time frame is roughly 9 months give or take. After that it will depend on intergration/labor groups/etc which is possible to take a year or two.

Will run as stand alone companies in the mean time, which includes individual base decisions, training facilities, hiring needs, etc.

No decisions on Name, operations location, uniforms, cabin for time being.

No plans to cancel or delay any aircraft, combined fleet 493 by 2026

Bendo mentioned training has a plan to increase training capacity, while upgrade numbers dipped, plan is still to restore and increase upgrades.

Admitted attrition is a concern, talks about growth and opportunity as incentive, vaguely talked about discussing with ALPA if becomes more of a problem, whatever that means.

Overall theme of ‘business as usual’ operationally until merger is approved. 125 planes have WiFi now, full fleet by end of the year, self bag drop will continue, destinations planned to open will go forward.
