Point is I could care less about the experience in the cabin behind me, and I don’t care when neighbors or strangers turn their face sour when I say I work for NK.

Show me the money and the lifestyle in the JCBA and I’ll put on your blue shirt.

The “regional airliner” that’s replacing the one we have is bigger than the 319 you have and pays more than all the planes you have.

The slots in London isn’t the same as one in Newark. That commitment or initial expansion to Europe makes you a whole different airline. Lastly what stagnation are you talking about? From what I’ve been told the upgrade at spirit has been trending the wrong way, Jetblue upgrade isn’t too crazy far off. Stagnation in seat will go away due to the new airline becoming one. You don’t think you would have had stagnation with the attrition issue there seems to be in spirit?
Your A220 doesn't eclipse our top 319 rate until year 11 but hey let's not talk facts. Remember we have 1 rate for all types + override.
Upgrade is at 4 years.
Cash? You guys making soooooo much cash, what was your profit sharing check worth?

Nobody likes Franke, but he IS a highly intelligent and extremely financially savvy billionaire. The decisions he makes to accomplish his savviness is bash-worthy and his distain for labor makes him unlikable amongst the pilot group. Simply acknowledging his business skills doesn’t mean that we are in his corner or have become worshipers to a bronze Bill Franke statue.

F9 peeps aren’t getting so much defensive as they are just stating the facts. The tone in these threads has become that the NK/F9 deal is over and Bill Franke is definitely going to just roll over. Either way he wins in some way, so that’s a plus I guess. In the end he may very well let JetBlue take spirit, but whatever decision he makes has reason behind it. It isn’t over until it’s over and, at least for the time being, F9 and NK still have a wedding booked.

Wait isn’t 190 upgrade sitting at 2 1/2 yrs and that bloke is making around $70+ per hr more than their counterpart in the right seat in the Bus at NK? If you’d like to “talk facts” let’s keep perspective shall we? Each Airline has its advantages.

Year 9 in about three weeks with the 3% bump if I’m looking at it correctly. Top A220 pay of $271.

Yeah don't listen to the morons on here...b6 220 guys make more than I do...plain and simple...not sure why many of my coworkers get so offended by factual information. I'd happily take the pay raise.

Nah that’s ok, I was just posting some information. There’s obviously more that goes into compensation than just rates alone.

I think it's a whiplash thing. We've been through a lot of head spinning past few weeks. F9, displacement, no displacement (but later, yes), here's B6! Peeps are all wound up. We're all walking on uncertainty.
