Even the “Alaska or better” mantra seems to fail to consider they have several work rules in their contract that most people I have talked to wouldn’t trade into to have their pay rates. To me, the snap up provision is the most important. We are not getting Delta, ever, much less their 22% retroactive pay.

If you want Delta rates, I’m afraid you’re going to have to wear a double breasted suit and a hat…..and kiss seniority and QOL buh-bye. If you’re under 40-ish, it’s a no brainer, maybe. But for the rest of us who are in it for the long haul, I hope we will be rational in our expectations and votes.

I already tried explaining wearing the hat part to them…

I wonder if they fixed training pay? That might help with actually getting pilots to come here.

that’s the only thing they company really wants. Don’t give it to them without getting the rest. Excargo can go fly a kite.

You need to not say this crap here. Assuming you’re actually a pilot here and not someone Ted paid to troll the forums, this is the kind of attitude that leads us to be forever bottom feeders.
