True. As we don't have a ton of airlines zipping around the US skies like we used to, the remaining majors have all filed at least once (UA, DL, AA). F9 has also filed. B6, WN, NK are so far in the clear.

The problem is they can no longer forecast it with PRIA being replaced by PRD. They aren't receiving record requests from other airlines anymore.

Really no way to strip the pensions out of the legacy CBA's without a trip through CH11 BK court, no pilot union. When the new "entrants" started gaining traction with no pensions, the writing was essentially on the wall, just a matter of when and how much.
