More furloughs with any where from another 300-500 leaving in the fall just like the start of the year very unlikely. We already bleed rsv dry in EWR with almost every day not having one to spare. FLL covers half the trips out of EWR because it’s so under staffed

hope it’s not true, but unfortunately, the signs were clear before the last two furloughs and displacements, it’s possible we could see more. My gut feeling the company still owns a few CEOs and they might sell more soon to show a profit and project a position of strength in preparation for a merger with F9. From my
understanding F9 run around 13 pilots per aircraft and we are at 17?.

recent upgrades are saying new VP wants to run the ship with 12.5 pilots per airplane. I highly doubt we could actually do that low.
the moment the company wants to up gauge block hours the will tank the operation. We have another 60 planes (net growth) coming by end of 2026.
My guess is we start hiring in September or October.
I am curious what the meetings behind closed doors look like right now. My guess by end of year, but like everyone said… who knows. I also wonder what the combined company total airplanes/pilots they would want to target would be as well.
