In a world of chatGPT, asking about JCBAs on here is an incredible waste of time.

JCBA where management claims they cannot pay what legacies pay and we argue it’s the market rate. We settle somewhere in the middle. Everyone *****es but it passes by 70+%.

then ISL time comes and F9 argues we were in a weak position with career expectations of company dissolution so should be staples. NK argues that we should be given straight relative seniority. It goes to arbitration and everyone *****es about the result.

life goes on. Pilots keep *****ing.

I wouldn’t be surprised before this happens we sell another 20 aircraft furlough again and almost force us to take a reduced contracts with the JCBA

No furloughs at Spirit anytime soon.! Now Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill, passed it puts America FIRST with huge tax breaks for hiring U.S. workers. Foreign labor like the E3 visa holders is a losing bet businesses using them miss out big time. Spirit could be ready to ditch those visas for Americans

That won’t stop Furloughing if we sell more Aircraft again. There’s what 20 Auzzies at spirit? If they did cancel visas it may save a few jobs not stop a furlough.

And for those who resent those OZ pilots here. Read up on what happened there in 1989. Yeah, long time ago. But while we are always making sure we comply with the RLA they all resigned and still got ffd.

almost like it’s orchestrated.
